Movviva respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Send copyright notices to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Notice".

What to include

Your notice should include your signature, the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

It should also include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Counter-Notice" and include enough information for us to review the request.

Repeat infringers

Movviva may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
