Safety first: Movviva is general fitness and wellness, not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop any activity that causes pain or does not feel right, and consult a licensed healthcare provider if you have an injury, medical condition, or health concern.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, tell us which sign-in method you used: Sign in with Apple, Google, email magic link, or tester code. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.

Billing and trials

For billing questions, cancellation help, or trial questions, email us from the address on your Movviva account. Web subscriptions are managed through the billing flow provided on movviva.com. If app-store billing is added in the future, those subscriptions may need to be managed through the relevant app store subscription settings.

Workout or plan questions

Tell us what track you are using, which workout or exercise you are asking about, and what device you are using. Please do not send detailed medical records. If something hurts or feels unsafe, stop and seek guidance from a licensed professional.

Privacy requests

Privacy, data access, correction, deletion, or consumer health data requests can be sent to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice for more detail.
